技术简介
SeekOne® DD 单细胞全序列转录组采用12N7K半随机引物捕获RNA,打破常规单细胞转录组只能检测靠近mRNA 3’或5’序列的局限;同时,检测扩展到原核生物和RNA降解样本。通过专利性blocker,抑制随机引物抓取的rRNA扩增,90%以上的样本rRNA残留低于2%,减少了数据的浪费。
