SeekOne® DD单细胞5'转录组+CRISPR测序基于微流控结合guide RNA质粒通用引物富集技术，同时捕获单细胞的mRNA和guide RNA信息，高效识别和验证影响特定表型的基因，大大简化研究实验流程，节省时间成本。
