SeekOne® DD单细胞5'转录组+免疫组库测序,基于微流控技术原理,利用Barcoded Beads实现单细胞的分离与标记,分别构建同一个样本的TCR/BCR全长免疫组库和转录组库,在单细胞水平上分析了免疫细胞的多样性和功能,为深入理解免疫系统的复杂性、开发新的治疗策略和药物靶点提供了强有力的工具。寻因单细胞免疫组库产品已实现人/小鼠,以及非人/小鼠免疫组库覆盖。
